Turn any risky step into a pause-and-review moment
With a single SDK call or adapter tool, your agent can turn high-risk operations—refunds, deployments, IAM changes—into approval requests. Execution pauses right before the side effect, and the full context is routed to the LetsPing console.
Operators see the proposed action, the surrounding agent state, and a structured diff when they patch payloads. Once they approve or reject, your agent resumes with the correct, human-authorized values.
Designed for agentic workflows, not generic ticket queues
The console is aware of services, actions, priorities, and Markov baseline context. Requests are grouped by agent and risk, not shoehorned into a generic helpdesk. You can nudge behavior (triage, resolution, audit) without changing how your agents are written.
Every decision carries actor_id, resolved_at, and optional method metadata so you can satisfy audit and compliance requirements out of the box.
Mobile, CLI, and desktop approvals
Approvals are not tied to a single browser tab. LetsPing ships a mobile PWA, OpenClaw terminal skill, and MCP server so operators can approve, reject, or patch from their phone, terminal, or IDE. Requests are pushed to where your team already works.
Under the hood, Cryo-Sleep parks large agent state while the decision is pending, so even long-running flows can be resumed safely once a human acts.
Tight loop with the behavioral firewall
The HITL console is the human face of the firewall. When a behavioral guardrail or anomaly trips, the held request appears in the console with a clear reason. When you approve or modify it, Smart-Accept feeds that decision back into the Markov baseline so your agents learn from your judgment.
Over time, you get fewer noisy alerts and more high-signal interventions—without giving up the ability to step in on any risky path.
Next steps
• Follow the quickstart in the docs to add an approval step to your first agent.
• Read the InfoSec guide to position HITL correctly with security teams.
• Explore agent-to-agent escrow if you need chain-of-custody across multiple agents or vendors.
